As part of the ongoing efforts of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan to modernize customs operations in line with contemporary requirements and to create favorable conditions for the development of foreign economic activity, the “Questions and Answers” web service has been launched, operating via telephone communication.

The launch of this web service enables participants in foreign economic activity, including foreign trade, as well as citizens crossing or planning to cross the customs border, to promptly receive consultations and answers online on customs-related matters.

The web service of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan is designed to provide clarifications on issues related to customs procedures for the movement of goods across the customs border, including customs clearance, payment of customs duties and fees, as well as prohibitions and restrictions established by the legislation of Turkmenistan.

In addition, through the “Questions and Answers” web service, users can obtain information on requirements applicable to vehicles imported into the territory of Turkmenistan, procedures for their customs control and clearance, the list of required documents, as well as types and amounts of payable customs charges.

The service is provided free of charge.

Daily, except Sundays, from 09:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
