In 2025, a total of 189,954 licenses and permits for export-import operations were processed electronically through the “Single Window” system. This represents a 2.7-fold increase compared to 2024.

Currently, the operation of the “Single Window” system is coordinated through the Control and Analytical Center of the central office of the State Customs Service. All applications submitted by foreign trade participants in the system are promptly registered and processed under the direct supervision of the regulatory authorities working in the system. This significantly reduces the time spent on export-import operations and greatly increases operational efficiency.

It should be noted that the “Single Window” system involves 19 ministries and sectoral management authorities, which provide 29 services related to export and import, operating 24/7. This enables the processing of about 1,000 authorization documents per day. Currently, more than 12,000 participants in foreign economic activities are registered in the system, and this number continues to grow.
